6th edition of the INTERNATIONAL “LOMO EN MANTECA” DAY

-Breakfast with Zurrapa. Courtesy of the local butchers and bakeries with the collaboration of the Day Centres for the Elderly.

Place: Corredera street, intersection with the Plazuela.

– 9 am: Hiking Route “Lomo en Manteca” 12 km.

Starting point: Mirador de Nelson Mandela

Ends: Muralla de la Segur

– 10 am: Opening of the Lomo en Manteca demonstration and sales counters

Place: Muralla de la Segur

– From 10:00 a.m. a charanga (brass band) will be playing in the streets of the historic quarter of Vejer, livening up the event.

– Several bars and restaurants will include a dish with lomo en manteca on their menus.
